Carlie has a strong focus on connection and encouraging individuals to find trust, confidence and strength in themself.
She is a follower of patterns in people, movement and life.
Her sessions are gentle, and let your body lead you towards the balance it needs for healing. Her grounded energy supports you to release what is no longer here to serve you. She acts as a translator for both the said and unsaid messages from your body, mind and energy.
Carlie is a multi-faceted human with an interest and experience in human movement, creating community connection, running a small business, practicing aerial arts and advocating for inclusion. She is a partner, and a parent to three teenagers. An avid reader, a fan of beaches and sunshine, and enjoys solitude in nature and bushwalks.
She has taught Aerial Arts for 10 years, making her natural with talking and working with children of all ages, adults, and people with disability. She has understanding and lived experience with neurodiversity, anxiety, disability, ODD, PDA, school refusal, grief, suicide and burnout.
HAPY Studio is a community that welcomes all ages and abilities. Carlie’s kinesiology space is on the ground floor, accessed through the HAPY entrance.

Carlie uses muscle testing to communicate with your body to discover areas of imbalance in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
She utilises a variety of techniques to correct the imbalance as guided by the body for what is best suited. This can include Acupressure Points, Energy Clearing, Neuro-Vascular and Neuro-Lymphatics Points, Meridian Balances and more.
Carlie works with people of all ages and all abilities.
